This 2 hour session will help the student understand competition procedure and rules. The session will cover both patterns and sparring plus other events such as speed kicking and flying kicks.
Any one who attends will improve!
Anyone can attend even if you aren’t entering the Lincolnshire Championships 2021 or don’t have sparring equipment!
