So the first comp of the New Year kicked off with the Midlands Champs held in Kettering in January.
Grandmaster Oliver’s personal tournament usually runs smoothly and this year was no exception with everything all done by 3pm.
Only a few members of DS Taekwondo made it down for this one but many still came away with silverware.
Dan Hodges won Silver in Sparring, Mr Shillabeer won silver in Patterns, Alistair John won the Blue belt Middleweight division and Luke McGillicuddy won the Men’s Yellow Belt Middleweight Division at his first ever competition!
